Your scores, earned crystals, unlocked birds, upgrade levels and preferences stay in local storage on your device. SkyPulse does not send this progress to us. Deleting the app may remove it. Device backup behaviour depends on your Apple settings.
No account, advertising or tracking
This version does not require an account and includes no advertising, analytics, tracking or real-money purchases.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request and troubleshoot problems. Gmail and your email provider process this correspondence. Please send only information needed to explain the issue.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request and any necessary follow-up or legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing the address above. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising.
This website
This website has no forms, advertising or analytics added by us. It is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to deliver and secure the website. Opening a support or privacy link from SkyPulse opens your browser; the game does not attach your progress or a player identifier to the link.
Apple services
Apple may separately process App Store, backup and diagnostic information under its own privacy policies and your device settings.
Children's privacy
SkyPulse does not collect personal data from players of any age. Parents or guardians can contact us about privacy questions or support correspondence.
